Life is an investment.

I am a big believer in “getting out of life what you put into it”. You invest positivity into your life, and positive things will happen. You surround yourself with lovely, loyal, trustworthy people, and that’s exactly what is in your life.

Over the years I have eradicated my life of all things poisonous. Poisonous people and relationships, poisonous lifestyles and habits, poisonous thoughts and actions, and everything that could possibly make life more difficult than it needs to be. The people I have in my life at the moment are fantastic. I have such a great support of people I can call upon if I need to, even those I never get to see. I want to live a life that is happy and interesting. I don’t want dramas and fights. I want support, love and friendship. Sure, bad things still happen and I still have my problems, but on a whole scale I’m doing pretty well.

Have you ever noticed that people who are not trustworthy, open minded or caring don’t have strong relationships with those around them?  Here’s a hint, your friends are only as loyal as you are to them. So instead of being hurt that someone did something shit to you, think about how you’ve invested yourself. Invest yourself in the people and things that matter to you and to those who you matter to. That’s the key to a happy and successful life. Life is an investment.

Also, on a side note - sorry I haven’t been blogging much of late. I am very aware that my blog has been somewhat boring the past month or so. I have so much going on which is both exciting and VERY stressful. Stay tuned for the big adventure ahead!
