Life’s an emotional roller coaster
My moods in the last months have been swaying from extremely overwhelmed with happiness to calling up my friends in Australia crying on the phone. I need to sort my life out!
Right now everything seems to be heading in the right direction for me. I start my new part-time office job next week, my bar job is going great, my friends are great, I’ve been on some dates, the weather is warming up and I’m looking to travel soon.
However, being the wreck I am I always find something to stress about. My roommate and I are looking for a new apartment because our lease is ending and it cannot be renewed. Looking for apartments in NYC is like listening to a whole Avril Lavigne album. It can be fun, exciting and enjoyable, but for the most part it’s irritating and draining. So I’ll keep you all up to date on my status of homelessness.
All in all, I need to stop being such an ungrateful, bratty 23 year old. I have the world at my feet. I guess it’s hard to see how bright the sun is shining behind a big stressful cloud.
Also, just to announce… I will be in San Francisco and Las Vegas come mid April. I can’t wait to take you all on my adventure with me! Bring on the Californian sun, blackjack and copious amounts of fun!
